Transformational
Leaders inspire and motivate their team by setting a clear vision, fostering creativity, and empowering individuals to reach their full potential.
Transactional
Leaders focus on exchange-based relationships, offering rewards for desired performance and implementing consequences for poor results.
Coaching
Leaders actively develop their team members by providing guidance, feedback, and support to help them grow and reach their potential.
Pacesetting
Leaders set high standards and expect their team to consistently perform at a high level, often acting as a role model for excellence
