- Repetitive use of wrist extensors produces tensile stress and eventual microscopic tearing

Clinical presentation w/ tennis elbow

- Pain on lateral aspect of the elbow
- Increased pain w/ wrist flexion + elbow extension, resisted wrist extension and radial deviation
