A

All lassis are blended with scoop of crushed ice and blend for 20-30 seconds
Served in a room temperature highball glass with paper straw

Sharbat methods

A
  • All sharbats are served in frozen highballs with cubed ice and churned with flat head spoon and paper straw
  • for no ice sharbat & nimbu soda simply double the recipe, build in shaker and decant into glass
  • 1x straw for alcoholic and 2x straws for non-alcoholic
