Class A Shares carry what type of load?
Front load with minimal (usually none)12b-1 fees and no back load fees
Class B Shares carry what type of load?
Back load usually with high 12b-1 fees and usually have a contingent deferred sales charge that get’s lower with time ultimately resulting in a conversion to Class A Shares
The CDSC(contingent charge) is based on the lower of the NAV or original purchase price
Class C Shares carry what type of load?
Level load
