after completing specialized education and passing an exam or having credentials accepted from another state where already licensed.

False, when joining the APTA, one must also join the state chapter. Also, one cannot be a member of the state chapter without being a member of the APTA

Voting Members elected by each chapter.
Each section elects a non-voting representative.
Who makes up the Board of Directors?
elected from/by the house of delegates
What is the relationship between the house of delegates and board of directors?
HOD gives directives to the board
Board gives HOD policy suggestions to vote on.
Board handles financials and serve as liasons to to chapters
