What is IP?
Internet Protocol, the protocol of the internet

TCP/IP: Transmission Control Protocol /Internet Protocol stack
What does IP Provide for networks?
A logical addressing schema
What does IP label with a source and destination IP Address?
Datagrams
What protocol allows relays (or routes) traffic across network boundaries?
IP
What protocol is connection-less? And what does that mean?
Internet Protocol and it means that the protocol doesn’t care if the information gets to its destination. Routing is its main function.
What information is used to determine where to send frames outside of a network?
Destination Information
How does information go from Data to Frame?
TCP information gets added to Data (Data), IP information gets added to that new Data (IP Datagram/Packet), MAC information gets added to the IP Datagram (Frame)
