Activity history in the the assistant; followup- activities section in the WQ information display.
What is the consequence of deferring a claim, and under what circumstance might you do so?
Defer moves the claim off your active tab and send it to the user defer tab. You would do this if you were prevented from working during a particular time. (set a tickler)
