A
Maternal fever > 39 (or between 38-39 on 2 occasions)
Elevated maternal WBC count
Fetal tachycardia
Purulent material draining from cervix

A
Mycoplasma, Enterobacteriaceae, GBS, S. aureus, Gardnerella, Neisseria, Chlamydia
