steps to in vivo labeling kit

A

dissolve commercial PYP kit w saline and then inject portion of kit into patient (amount depends on amount of stannous ions present). wait 20 min post inj so stannous ion can mix fully with blood and then inj desired amount of Tc pertechtenate where it will take 10 minutes for RBC to be labeled
