- facing daily violence/ shooting exposure = self-isolation, anti-social behaviour, mental health, delinquency
- In 2019, the rate of violent victimization for persons ages 12 to 17 was 48 victimisations per 1,000 persons, compared to 19 victimizations per 1,000 persons for individuals ages 25 and older.
