A profit promised the Sioux if they did the ghost dance there lands would be restored. The ghost dance got popular in American troops arrested sitting bull because they thought he was going to do it. Sitting bull was killed and troops took 350 people from the tribe to wounded knee and one man shot a white guy in the troops killed 300 unarmed Americans.
