Q

what are the steps for finding critical region for a two tailied test for binomial distribution

A

step 1 - find upper value when p(x>= a) < half of sign. level
step 2 find lower value when p(x<=b)< half of sign. level
step 3 make sure to define that it the inequality upto a and inequality from b for the critical regions

Q

what are the steps for finding critical region for a one tailed test in a binomial distribution

A

if p>z then find upper value
when p(x>=a)<sign.level
if p<z then find below value when p(x<=a)>sign.level
make sure to define that inequality for a
