Notes on hot drinks
A
- There are two steamers. One for dairy, one for non dairy
- If someone asks for a chai extra hot, heat the glass before with hot water
- Both tea and coffee is served with Demerara sugar
- all loose leaf tea is 3 teaspoons except assam which is 2 teaspoons
- no tea or coffee is shaken. Just stirred
- coffee is served with crema, sugar and spoon if requested
- hot milk will also be served on side of americano if requested
- filter coffee (guest brew) changes every several months
