A

H&C employees who use social media may say something negative about the buisness which can rapidly reach numerous people. May cause the resturant to loose their reputation.

Negative feedback and complaints from customers about the service they have recieved will reach a lot of people and people many not decide to visit the buisness.

If messages and statements are sent by accident they spread rapidly and are very hard to fix
