Nationalism
held extreme beliefs. His social ideology included anti-Semitism, notions of racial purity, shaped his policies
Revenge
had a sense of revenge over Germany’s defeat in WW1 and the subsequent Treaty of Versailles. He believed that Germany had been betrayed by politicians and Jewish conspirators, fuelling his desire to restore German power and seek revenge against perceived enemies.
Propaganda and Manipulation
presented himself as a saviour figure, capable of solving Germany’s problems
What happened to Hitler at the end
committed suicide on April 30, 1945, in his Berlin bunker as Allied forces closed in during the final days of WW2, he chose to end his life rather than surrender.
