how do you measure.a fundal head
on empty bladder
feel for head
secure tape to head
measure to pubic symphysis
what to look for in a pregnant abdomen
listened fundal height lie-longditundal, breech, transverse presentation- cephalic, breech head palpable? FH over anterior shoulder
