Militarism is the belief that a country should maintain a strong military capability and to keep using money to upgrade it.
what is imperialism?
extending a countryโs power through colonisation

a truce of some sorts usually between countries, that happen in benefit for them
what was the black hand?
the black hand were a group of people that used terrorist methods to promote the liberation of serbs.
what was the schliefenn plan?
they were designed to allow Germany to wage a successful two-front war. โฆ Germany, therefore, could eliminate one while the other was kept in check.
who was franz ferdinand?
franz ferdinand was an archduke who was killed by serbian assassins, which sparked ww1.
what was trench warfare?
trench ware fare was a method of fighting used by saying in defence and wearing the other team down.
what was life like for soldiers in the trenches?
life was terrible for soldiers because they had to stay in trenches for months and months and they also got trench foot which was a terrible disease in where bacteria ate away at your leg.
