Lymph node anatomy. List important parts

A

Hilum: efferent for lymph. Afferent into nodes, vessels.
Medulla: dat marv. Contains all kind of leukocytes.
Cortex: bark. Superficial and deep. Superficial B cells, deep T cells
Germinal centers: B cells.
Trabeculae: Extensions into node
Medullary sinus: Separates medulla
High endothelial venules: Entrance for lymphocytes. In deep cortex.
Medullary cords: blocks of leukocytes in medulla
