Nuclei, ribosomes, cytoplasm - DARK BLUE
Cartilage matrix, - PALE BLUE
mast cells granules, GAG rich components - BRIGHT PURPLE
(DNA and RNA rich, cancers due to binding of DNA dividing cells, also used for sexual assault as it stains damaged tissues more)
