Unstable Airway

1 or More of the following would constitute atleast a Level 2 Perinatal Receiving Center
A
- Preterm labor (32-37 weeks gestation)
- Fetal demise with complication
- Premature rupture of membranes
- Placental Previa, active bleeding
- Placental abruption
- Prolapsed cord
*If over 20 weeks Gestation, contact Medical Control to see if transport to the nearest Facility w/ Perinatal Transport Capability will suffice

1 or More of the following would constitute atleast a Level 2E Perinatal Receiving Center
A
- Preterm labor (28-32 weeks gestation)
- Eclampsia/Severe Pre-Eclampsia
- Diabetes Mellitus-uncontrolled
& everything previously mentioned for a Level 2

1 or More of the following would constitute a Level 3 Perinatal Receiving Center
A
- Preterm labor (20-28 weeks gestation)
- Severe Complications in either Mom or Baby:
* AMS (GCS <13)
* Cardiovascular
* Renal
& everything previously mentioned for a Level 2 to 2E
