A
  1. Preterm labor (32-37 weeks gestation)
  2. Fetal demise with complication
  3. Premature rupture of membranes
  4. Placental Previa, active bleeding
  5. Placental abruption
  6. Prolapsed cord

*If over 20 weeks Gestation, contact Medical Control to see if transport to the nearest Facility w/ Perinatal Transport Capability will suffice

A
  1. Preterm labor (28-32 weeks gestation)
  2. Eclampsia/Severe Pre-Eclampsia
  3. Diabetes Mellitus-uncontrolled

& everything previously mentioned for a Level 2

  1. Preterm labor (20-28 weeks gestation)
  2. Severe Complications in either Mom or Baby:
    * AMS (GCS <13)
    * Cardiovascular
    * Renal

& everything previously mentioned for a Level 2 to 2E
