A
- This was an offshoot of the council
- Its main objevtives were to secure the kings perogative rights (perrogative rights were the kings ability to pass laws wihtoiut parlaiments approval)

- Showcasing royal authority since many of kings opponents in particular nobles were punsihed through this council

- A form of collecting tax that was managed by the council of leanred under epsum and edmund dudley
- Imposed on nobility to keep control and punish
- Bonds were a legal document that forced a individual to forefeit a specified sum of money

- Patronage was rewarding the nobility to loyal followers
- he did very little fearing nobility would get too much power
- due to reductinon in patronage and death of nobles, the land which nobility controlled fell 25% making henry largest land owner

- brought back the yorkist chamber system of finance which meant that money raised from yorkist estates were directly brought into the chamber and royal finance increased 12k to 42k

- he left his son with a 1.8 million pound collection
- henry 7th tried to boost his money from customs duties this was done since he tried to uptade the book of raites twice which was accountible for 40% of the tax
