Why is it important to develop healthy habits?

Q

Why should you prepare your own meals?

A

Restaurants generally use refined oils, more salt, and the meals tend to lack vegetables. When you make your own meals, you know exactly what goes into them. If you can’t cook every night, prepare meals ahead of time.
