what is ‘power’ culture?
A
a centralised culture focus where the founder dominates and business is run from the centre

what is ‘role’ culture?
A
more formalised where employees have jobs in a hierarchy but employees may become too independent and communication is lost

A
when there is a focus on specific tasks and projects where individuals will be brough in to complete these as and when - ideas are shared

A
where individuals have freedom to act independently
