Safety, convenience, image, appearance, soil protection, sanitation, minimal management involvement

Large offerings, control cost, convenience, reduced depreciation, healthy environment, cleanliness issues, hygiene products

Word-of-mouth, if you do something bad they will tell 11 people, if you do something good they will tell three people. This is the 11 to 3 phenomenon

The octopus effect. The more arms you have around the customer, the less likely they are to leave

Customers want their products clean, on time, functional, and want to like their SSR

Base pay + commission + monthly bonus + quarterly bonus + direct sales + contests + premium pay
Why is the soil separation an SSR does important to our customers?
Cross-contamination, wash cycles are different, key to get garments cleaned properly, safety issues if not properly separated. i. e. spontaneous combustion
