A

As an insult to Hoover. Hoover’s poor response to the crisis. From lying about improvements to not pushing aid efforts and raising taxes, many felt he made the Depression worse.

A

FDR didn’t support Civil Rights enough. African-Americans were not given jobs like white people were. African-Americans had to deal with racism and sometimes had to give their jobs away to white people.
