the day to day conditions of the atmosphere includes temperature, sunshine, rainfall and wind
climate
the average weather conditions of a place over many years. For example, tropical countries have hot climates and the artic has cold climate

warm wet air travels across the sea air is forced up to rise over a mountain as the air rises it cools and condenses clouds form and precipitation occurs the air descends and warms so there is no condensation and cloud formation this is called the rain shadow effect
martime
air mass travels across the sea and it is moist
