phytotoxicity and hepatoxicity
How should you counsel patients who take voriconazole ?
because it can cause pre-malignant lesions or skin cancer - avoid direct sunlight and sunlamps, use high SPF
What are the side effects of amphotericin B ( specify brand )?
nephrotoxicity
What are the risk of giving amphotericin B IV ?
anaphylaxis, thus do a test dose and observe for 30 min
