- Taking smaller giraffe from the bigger one - Taking mother away from father
- Fear of horses with black blinkers and muzzle - Symbolic of fear of father with black spectacles and moustache.
- Fantasy of plumber providing larger widdler - Identifying with father a resolution of oedipus complex.
- Fantasy of him as mother’s husband with father as grandfather - Resolution of oedipus complex through not killing father.
