Netball - because the centre is constantly running up and down the court.
Name a sport that uses muscular power
Football - when kicking a goal, you need to be able to make the distance.
Name a sport that uses muscular strength
Basketball - when throwing the ball to another person or when shooting a goal.
Name a sport that uses muscular endurance
Rowing - you are constantly rowing for a long period of time which uses a rage of different muscles
Name a sport that uses speed
Netball - when driving for a ball you need to be able to out run your opponent in order to get the ball.
Name a sport that uses agility
Tennis - being able to complete long rally’s. You will be consistently running and changing directions.
Name a sport that uses flexibility
Gymnastics - flexibility is a key component in gymnastics to be able to do all of the tricks.
Name a sport that uses coordination
Cricket - coordination is used in all aspects of cricket including when batting you need to be able to hit the ball, bowling you need to be able to throw the ball straight and fielding you need to be able to react to where the ball is going to go.
