A

Prophet. His mother Hannah wanted a child and prayed promising God that if she had a child she would give him to God. Samuel ended up being raised by Eli. When about 12-13 years old, Samuel heard the voice of the Lord and after asking Eli multiple times, Eli told him that it was the Lord. Anoints Saul as first King after
