In what circumstance can you diagnose primary hyperaldosteronism in a patient on spironlactone?
If the renin is suppressed it means all of the aldosterone is coming for the adenoma.
What does increasing the dose of DDAVP do to magnitude of diuretic effect?
Nothing
Just increases the duration of effect.
