A

A type of fat found in the body that cannot travel in the blood on their own and need to be attached to proteins. A compound of the sterol type found in mostly body tissue

A

It is harmful becuase if you have to much it links to cholesterol heart disease which is where the build up of plaque gets stuck and builds up in the arterys causing a blockage

If you eat too much fat it leads to obesity and heart attacks as your heart is under pressure

What happens when the body has too much LDL (bad chloesterol)

A

Too much non-HDL leads to a build up of fatty deposits inside the walls of the blood vessels (channels that carry blood throughout your body). This builds up and narrows blood vessels, increasing the risk of a heart attack or stroke
