  • Each person who has had custody of an exhibit must be able to show the court details of how the received the exhibit, how they preserved the exhibit and to whom they passed it on.

What is the procedure for dealing with an exhibit from its initial location until produced in court?

  • At the scene
    :Record the exhibits details in your notebook
    :Label the exhibit
