Advanced Filtering
For more complex filtering scenarios, you can use advanced filtering.

Create a criteria range: Set up a range of cells with your filtering criteria.
Select the data range: Highlight the data you want to filter.
Use the Advanced Filter dialog:
Go to the “Data” tab and click “Advanced.”
Specify the list range, criteria range, and where you want the filtered results to appear.
Click “OK” to apply the filter.
