Someone from a smaller group talks with someone from dominate culture
What is Intersections of our identity?
Our identity and how we interact with others are always connected to the cultures and situations we are apart of
What is intersectionality?
Looks at how different parts of our identity overlap/affect our experiences
What is predjudice?
Stereotypes towards groups conflicted with negative emotions and behavior inclinations
What is microaggression?
prejudice that is expressed directly towards people who are members of unrepresented groups
How to overcome predjudice?
Use empathy,learn,engage, and listen
