A
- Temp foley to monitor
- Rhabdo: CK, urine myoglobin
- Avoid hypothermia: discontinue cooling efforts when <40C.
- benzos to prevent shivering
- Don’t overly hydrate. Can cause pulm edema

A
Bair hugger, warm IV fluids, NG/Foley placement with infusion of warmed saline
