What are subjective feelings?

A
  • Feelings based on an individual’s opinion of that emotion

- Every emotion gains an individual’s awareness

What is the continuum of emotion?

A
  • refers to various intensities of a main emotion filled with sub-emotions
  • e.g anger: annoyed -> frustrated -> upset -> irate -> furious -> enraged
