ENGINE FAILURE OR FIRE, OR MASTER WARNING DURING TAKEOFF
SPEED BELOW V1
– TAKEOFF SHOULD BE ABORTED
- Brakes –AS REQUIRED
- Throttles – IDLE
- Speed Brakes - EXTEND
- Thrust Reverser - DEPLOY ON UNAFFECTED ENGINE
ENGINE FAILURE OR FIRE, OR MASTER WARNING DURING TAKEOFF
SPEED AOVE V1
– TAKEOFF SHOULD NORMALLY BE CONTINUED
- Rotate - VR
- Landing Gear - Up (after positive rate of climb)
- Climb - V2 until 1500 feet AGL
EMERGENCY EVACUATION
- Throttles – BOTH OFF
- LH/RH Engine Fire Switches – BOTH PRESS
- LH/RH Fire Bottle Armed Switches – Both PRESS(if fire suspected)
(Parking Brake – SET Advise ATC)
- Battery Switch – OFF
- Airplane and Immedite Area - Check for Best Escape Route.
If Thru Cabin Door
- Cabin Door - Open
- Move away from airplane.
If Thru Escape Hatch
- Escape Hatch - Remove and Throw Hatch Out of Airplane.
- Move away from airplane.
ENGINE FIRE
(LH or RH ENGINE FIRE WARNING LIGHT/SWITCH ILLUMINATED)
- Throttle (affected engine) - IDLE
If Fire Light Remains On:
- Engine Fire Switch - LIFT COVER/PUSH
- Either Illuminated Bottle Armed Light - PUSH
THRUST REVERSER INADVERTENT DEPLOYMENT DURING TAKEOFF
SPEED BELOW V1:

Takeoff Should Be Aborted
1. Brakes – As Required
2. Throttles – IDLE
3. Speedbrakes – Extend
4. Thrust Reversers – DEPLOY BOTH
THRUST REVERSER INADVERTENT DEPLOYMENT DURING TAKEOFF
SPEED ABOVE V1:
-
Takeoff Should Normally be Continued.
1. EMER STOW Switch - EMER (affected engine)
2. After establishing a positive rate of climb, Landing Gear – RETRACT
Do Not Exceed 125 KIAS MAXIMUM UNTIL T/R STOWS
- 400 feet, Flaps – RETRACT at V2 +10 and accelerate.
Do Not Exceed 200 KIAS after T/R stows.
- Throttle ( affected engine) - Normal Operation
THRUST REVERSER INADVERTENT INFLIGHT DEPLOYMENT
- Control Wheel/Autopilot - GRIP/ DISENGAGE
- Emergency STOW Switch – EMER (affected engine)
- Affected Throttle (affected engine) - CHECK IDLE
- Airspeed - REDUCE TO 125 KIAS OR BELOW UNTIL REVERSER STOWS, Do Not Exceed 200 KIAS.
THRUST REVERSER UNLOCK LIGHT ON IN FLIGHT
- Emer Stow Switch – EMER (affected Engine)
- Thrust Reverser Levers – CHECK T/R Levers at STOWED (Full Forward) Position
EMERGENCY RESTART – TWO ENGINES
- Ignition - BOTH ON
- Fuel Boost Pump - BOTH ON
. Throttles – IDLE
4.If altitude allows - INCREASE AIRSEED TO 200 KIAS
ENGINE FAILURE DURING COUPLED APPROACH
- Power (Operating Engine) – INCREASE as required
- Autopilot/Yaw Damper - OFF
- Airspeed – VAPP
- Rudder Trim – TRIM Toward operating engine as desired.
- Flaps – T.O.& APPR
ELECTRICAL FIRE OR SMOKE
- Oxygen Mask – DON and EMER
- Oxygen MIC Switches – MIC OXY MASK
BATTERY OVERHEAT
- Amperage - NOTE
- Battery Switch - EMER
- Amperage - NOTE DECREASE
CABIN DECOMPRESSION
(CAB ALT 10000 FT WARNING LIGHT ON)
- Oxygen Masks – DON and 100% Oxygen
- Oxygen MIC Switches - MIC OXY MASK
- Emergency Descent - AS REQUIRED
EMERGENCY DESCENT
- AP Trim Disc - PUSH
- Throttles - IDLE
- Speedbrakes - EXTEND
- Airplane Pitch Attitude – Initally Target 25° NOSE DOWN
AUTOPILOT MALFUNCTION
- AP TRIM DISC – PUSH
