EMERGENCY INCIDENT ACCOUNTABILITY

Question 1

The IC shall conduct an emergency incident Roll Call using the PAS when:

Answer 1

1. A firefighter or company is presumed to be or has been reported as down, missing, or
   trapped.
2. A significant incident event occurs (e.g. roof or building collapse, explosion, etc.).
3. The mode changes from offensive to defensive.
4. Command determines a need.
