ELISA Flashcards

1
Q

Draw an elisa to detect an antigen.

A

the antibody should be bound to the bottom of the well, antibodies and antigens will be added, the well should be washed, the antigen will bind to the antibody, conjugate (enzyme labeled) will be added, it should be washed again, substrate should be added, if positive the color will change

Q

Draw an elisa to detect an antibody.

A

well is pre-coated with antigen, test serum is added (antibody), enzyme-labeled antigen is added, substrate is added and color should change
