Elbow Extension SD

A
  • Put pt in flexion barrier
  • have them extend while you apply a counter force and go to new barrier. Continue until barrier can no longer be met (if MET)
  • if ART
  • Repeat rhythmacally every 1-2 seconds until motion is restored
