Elbow Extension SD
A
- Put pt in flexion barrier
- have them extend while you apply a counter force and go to new barrier. Continue until barrier can no longer be met (if MET)
- if ART
- Repeat rhythmacally every 1-2 seconds until motion is restored

A
- Put pt in extension barrier
- have them extend while you apply a counter force and go to new barrier. Continue until barrier can no longer be met (if MET)

- Repeat rhythmically every 1-2 seconds until motion is restored

A
- Slightly flex elbow
- Put pt in abduction barrier
- Have pt adduct
If Met:
-3-5 seconds, and rest until a barrier can no longer be met
If art:
-Repeat rhythmically every 1-2 seconds until motion is restored

- Take him into supination
- Have him pronate against your counterforce
- 3-5 seconds, 3-5 times

- take him into pronation
- have him supinate against your counterforce
- 3-5 seconds, 3-5 times
