A

Secretion from the uterus wall and uterine tube destabilize the plasma membrane surrounding the acrosome resulting in the membrane becoming more fluid which helps prepare the spermatozoa for the events of fertilization.

Notochord definition

A

It’s a midline structure that develops from the primitive pit between the primitive streak and the prochordal plate.
Cells of the primitive nod invaginate into the primitive pit to form a solid chord of cells called the notochordal complex.
The notochordal complex get canalized to form notochordal canal.
