What is the difference between Drug-induced Lupus and SLE?

A

Drug-induced lupus you get the Skin, MSK and Lung involvement.

But rarely get the nervous system and renal system involvement like you would in SLE.

A
  • Arthralgia
  • Myalgia
  • Skin (e.g. malar rash) and pulmonary involvement (e.g. pleurisy) are common
