unless person been involved in accident, pc would be entitled to request, patient incapable,
patient needs to consent for it to be tested, and is informed of consequences

erratic driving
driving slowly
speeding
not being able to hold a straight line
not using lights
careless / inconsiderate driving
indicators of being drunk after stopping vehicle
slurred speech
glazed eyes
smell of intoxicating liquor
asleep or semi-conscious
falling out of car
unsteady on feet
overly aggresive
procedure for breathalyzing
set machine up
invite suspect out of car,
ideally place in back of your car
remove mouthpiece keeping lip part covered
instruct on how to blow
tell them to stop / keep going
give 3 chances before failure to provide
