Synoptics are written from a third person point of view describing all if they were observed at the same time
But John is more reflective and seems very clear
John includes more important episodes : tempt of Jesus, Jesus last shoe and his transfiguration,
No narrative parables in John while in other gospels
John explains Multiple journeys while others only seem to include one
