Stem cells
Sounds that do not yet have a function and can become any type of cell
Mouth
Digestions starts here, smell of food triggers salivary glands, creating saliva, Brickstone food and a small particles
Oesophagus
The food is swallowed from the mouth in the oesophagus muscular tube
Stomach
The stomach is it container that holds food, food that is mixed with enzymes that break down the food
Liver
Deliver stores excess glucose, breaks down toxic materials such as alcohol
Gallbladder
Bile House break down fats, storage sack for bile
Pancreas
Helps break down food. Enzymes break down proteins, fats and carbohydrates
Small intestine
Liquid then moves food in the large intestine it breaks down food, enzymes are released
Large Intestine
Water is removed, turns waste from liquid state in the solid form, responsible for producing waste
Rectum
Holds the stool until removal happens, let’s the person know when there’s stool to be removed
