A

Multiple, symmetrically distributed, well-demarcated targetoid papules and plaques involving the dorsal hands, forearms and feet.

The lesions exhibit a dusky zone surrounded by a pale ring and an erythematous outer border, consistent with erythema multiforme.

Psoriasis

A

Multiple well-demarcated erythematous plaques covered with silvery-white scaling, predominantly on the extensor surfaces of the elbows, knees and lower back.

The lesions are symmetrically distributed and exhibit Auspitz sign when the scales are removed.
