Vitiligo
Well-demarcated, depigmented macules and patches distributed in a non-segmental pattern.
Erythema multiforme
Multiple, symmetrically distributed, well-demarcated targetoid papules and plaques involving the dorsal hands, forearms and feet.
The lesions exhibit a dusky zone surrounded by a pale ring and an erythematous outer border, consistent with erythema multiforme.
Psoriasis
Multiple well-demarcated erythematous plaques covered with silvery-white scaling, predominantly on the extensor surfaces of the elbows, knees and lower back.
The lesions are symmetrically distributed and exhibit Auspitz sign when the scales are removed.
BCC
Well-demarcated, pearly nodule on the nasal bridge. The lesions exhibits prominent telangiectasia and a smooth, transulcent surface.
Melanoma
Singular, asymmetricaly irregularly pigmented patch with multiple shades of brown. The lesion has poorly defined, irregular borders.
SCC
Poorly defined scaly nodule with central ulceration and crusting. The lesion has an irregular border, is erythematous with areas of hyperkeratosis.
