Unicameral bone cyst in calcaneum

A

Anteroinferor aspect

Less stress so less pathological frature so no need to curretage and pack

Can be growing after 30 years also thus undergoing fatty involution thus getting the name intraosseus lipoma

Dd- pseudocyst of calcaneum because of less stress bone trabeculae are atrophic

Lytic lesion with sclerotic borders in lateral aspect of the femoral neck

More pronounced in femoroacetabular impingement
