EASA Flight limitations

A
  • duty period: reporting time until signing out
  • flight duty period: reporting time until BLOCKS ON
  • window of circadian low: during night when your body wants to sleep 02:00-05:59
  • SCD Commanders discretion: extended FDP by 2hours for unforeseen circumstances
