A

A

Continue to 50
Switch to either IUD and stop after 2 years amenorrhoea or switch to POP

Continue regardless of age
If amenorrhoeic check FSH and stop after 1 year if FSH >30 or stop at 55

If ongoing periods- further investigation warranted
